    Position Overview:

    We are seeking an experienced and dynamic information technology leader to join our organization. This leader will play a crucial role in establishing and maintaining the IT strategy, adopting and implementing an architecture framework, and designing and implementing technology solutions that align with our business objectives and drive innovation. You will work closely with business leaders, IT teams, and stakeholders to develop strategic plans and roadmaps, select and implement collaboration tools, and develop architectural designs that optimize our technology infrastructure, applications, and systems. This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to contribute to the long-term success of our organization.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Collaborate with business leaders, stakeholders, and IT teams to understand business requirements, identify opportunities for technology-driven solutions, and provide architectural guidance.
    2. Establish a multi-year IT strategy to support the overall business objectives.
    3. Lead the design and implementation of technology roadmaps, ensuring they are aligned with business priorities and provide scalable and secure solutions.
    4. Develop and maintain the enterprise architecture framework, ensuring it aligns with business strategies, goals, and objectives.
    5. Drive implementation and adoption of the latest office productivity and collaboration tools, including Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Teams and SharePoint.
    6. Collaborate with project teams to provide architectural oversight, review technical designs, and ensure adherence to architectural standards and guidelines.
    7. Foster a culture of collaboration, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement within the organization.

    Qualifications:

    1. Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
    2. Proficiency in designing and implementing architectural models, roadmaps, and strategies.
    3. Proven experience as an Enterprise Architect or a similar role, with a track record of successfully implementing enterprise-wide technology solutions.
    4. Experience deploying Microsoft Office 365, Teams and SharePoint.
    5. Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks, such as TOGAF, Zachman, or similar.
    6. In-depth understanding of application, data, infrastructure, and security architecture principles and best practices.
    7. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
    8. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
    9. Ability to influence and persuade others, and to facilitate consensus among diverse stakeholders.

    This is a full-time in-office position.
