- You will be providing comprehensive legal advice with a focus on corporate law and corporate governance matters in a regulatory context to various stakeholders, including boards and board members, within Clearstream Group in Luxembourg and abroad.
- Besides advising on individual legal questions, you will be involved in projects, business initiatives, M&A-transactions and approval procedures with financial market regulators.
- Furthermore, you will contribute to the implementation of requirements pursuant to new laws and regulations.
- You will be working closely together with internal stakeholders in Clearstream business lines, other central functions and colleagues in Group Legal in Luxembourg and abroad.
- You will take responsibility for the selection and coordination of external law firms.
- Fully qualified lawyer holding a Master of Law degree or equivalent.
- Several years of professional experience in a law firm or inhouse in Luxembourg with focus on Luxembourg corporate law.
- Knowledge in Luxembourg regulatory matters will be considered a strong advantage, as well as in Luxembourg civil, commercial, banking and securities law.
- First experience in securities services as well as investment services is an asset.
- Pronounced willingness to learn and further develop.
- Excellent communication skills, hands-on and ability to cope with challenges.
- Fluent in both written and spoken English. French and German will be considered an advantage.
