    Job DescriptionIf you're passionate about customer success and adept at juggling multiple projects, we'd love to have you on board.

    In this role, you'll be instrumental in onboarding new customers and ensuring they receive the full benefits of our product.

    You'll be the guide to our customers in understanding why customer experience is essential and how they can creatively address the needs of their users.

    This is a remote position.


    Responsibilities:
    Advocate for customers by capturing feature requests and feedback.
    Supervise the customer service team and provide guidance and support as needed.
    Configure basic software elements and coordinate complex data migrations or custom integrations.
    Provide critical insights to the product team as a means to improve our developing platform.
    Creates customer service processes and procedures.
    Completes customer service analytics reports.
    Analyze customer feedback and develop strategies to improve service.
    Prepare implementation plans with project milestones for custom projects.
    Implement specific strategies for both sales and customer service.


    Requirements:
    Associate or Bachelor's degree in a related field a plus.
    2+ years relevant experience in support, customer success, account management, sales, or similar roles.
    Proven track record of customer service excellence.
    Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and explain products.
    Analytical skills for creative problem-solving.
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
    Able to work in a fast-paced environment
    Able to multitask and prioritize tasks
    Passion for delivering a fantastic customer experience.
