We are currently seeking a Supervisor Technical Project Leader (m/f/d) to join our team at our location in Darmstadt, starting on July 1st, 2023.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead the team of technical project leaders, both functionally and disciplinarily
  • Strategically develop team members through training and qualification
  • Organize and lead team meetings
  • Provide technical leadership for battery system development projects
  • Track and ensure ontime delivery and achievement of goals in the development department
  • Coordinate and align development activities with various departments
  • Represent the development team in customer meetings in collaboration with the system engineer and program manager
  • Coordinate validation plans with the program manager, system engineer, and other departments

Profile:

  • Successfully completed degree in engineering (electrical, mechatronics, mechanical) or equivalent
  • Competence and experience in team leadership, coaching, and team development
  • Professional experience, particularly in technical project management
  • Knowledge of common product development methodologies
