JOB SUMMARY:


This individual will answer incoming calls and welcome visitors by greeting and directing them appropriately.

FLSA STATUS:
Non-exempt


JOB RELATIONSHIPS:

  • Supervised by: Owner

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Essential job duties for this position include the following items. Other duties may be performed as assigned or required


  • Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories; providing instructions as necessary
  • Will be trained to assist with Scheduling
  • Assist with Cold Calling and hiring staff
  • Maintains relationships with building management, office suppliers, service providers, and external office administration provider partners, as applicable.
  • Inventory, budget, and order office and business essential materials, supplies, and services for the office; maintain overall office environment appearance.
  • Maintains office equipment operation by completing preventive maintenance procedures; troubleshooting malfunctions; initiating repair requests; maintaining inventories; evaluating new equipment, as necessary.
  • Maintains the telecommunication system, following manufacturer's instructions.
  • Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • Works toward continuous quality improvement
  • Stays current with changing technology, including software programs
  • Datas entry and file management as needed
  • Upholds, supports, and promotes all company policies and procedures

QUALIFICATIONS:
To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the minimum knowledge, skills, and ability required.

  • EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
  • Proficiency with Microsoft and/or Google suite required
  • Must possess and demonstrate excellent communication and customer service skills

  • LANGUAGE SKILLS
  • Bilingual Spanish preferred
  • Ability to read and understand short instructions, correspondence, and memos
  • Ability to effectively communicate through written and verbal language
  • Ability to effectively present information in oneonone and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization
  • REASONING ABILITIES
  • Ability to evaluate situations and make complex decisions using critical thinking and reasoning.

Pay:
From $17.00 per hour


Expected hours:
No less than 40 per week

Education:


  • High school or equivalent (required)

Experience:


  • Home care: 1 year (preferred)

License/Certification:

  • Home Care Aide Certification (preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

  • Arcadia, CA 91007: Relocate before starting work (required)
