Job summary
This role is responsible for leading the day-to-day activities of department operations in a retail store ensuring associates are trained and the department meets all company goals and key performance indicators.Responsibilities
- Be responsible to order and maintain inventory in your department while utilizing inventory control procedures to ensure product freshness and quality.
- Review and validate received orders for amount quality count or weight condition ensuring all product is stored appropriately.
- Manage a team that completes all stocking production tasks ensuring product quality production planning accuracy date sensitive rotation spoilage handling following established guidelines.
