This role leads day-to-day department operations in retail store absence of department manager ensuring associates are trained fully staffed operating at company standards meeting all goals key performance indicators.Responsibilities
- Be responsible to order maintain inventory in your department utilizing inventory control procedures including proper markdown procedures to minimize known loss ensure product freshness quality.
- Review validate received orders for amount quality count weight condition ensure all product is stored appropriate areas.
