Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Demolition Worker to join our team.

As a Demolition Worker, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently demolishing structures and preparing sites for new construction projects.

This is a physically demanding role that requires knowledge of various demolition techniques and the ability to operate power tools.

Duties:

Perform demolition tasks, including but not limited to, tearing down walls, removing flooring, carpets, dismantling roofs, and breaking up concrete ETC
Safely operate power tools and heavy machinery such as jackhammers, saws.
Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times
Dispose of debris and waste materials in accordance with local regulations
Collaborate with construction teams to ensure proper site preparation for new projects
Assist with general construction tasks as needed

Experience:

Previous experience in demolition or related construction fields is preferred
Knowledge of demolition techniques and best practices
Familiarity with power tools and heavy machinery used in demolition work
Experience in flooring installation, carpentry, drywall, or roofing is beneficial

Skills:

Strong physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labor for extended periods of time
Excellent handeye coordination and spatial awareness
Attention to detail to ensure safety and accuracy in demolition tasks
Ability to work effectively as part of a team or independently
Good communication skills to follow instructions and collaborate with colleagues
