Responsibilities:


Surface Preparation:
Assess and prepare surfaces for reglazing, including cleaning, sanding, and repairing any imperfections.
Remove old coatings, adhesives, or sealants as necessary for a smooth and clean substrate.


Color Matching and Customization:
Mix and match coatings to achieve desired colors or patterns, providing customization options for clients.
Follow specifications and client preferences to deliver tailored reglazing solutions.


Bathtub, Counter, Vanity, and Shower Reglazing:Specialize in reglazing a variety of surfaces, including bathtubs, countertops, vanities, and showers.


Quality Control:
Inspect reglazed surfaces for quality and adherence to industry standards.
Address any imperfections, bubbles, or irregularities to maintain a high standard of work.


Customer Interaction:
Communicate with clients to understand their reglazing needs and preferences.
Provide excellent customer service, addressing any concerns or questions in a professional manner.


Workspace Maintenance:
Keep work areas clean and organized, including proper disposal of materials and waste.
Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.


Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Surface Reglazing Technician or similar role.
• Knowledge of various coatings and materials used in reglazing.
• Ability to work with a variety of surfaces, including bathtubs, countertops, vanities, and showers.
• Detailoriented with a commitment to delivering highquality results.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Education and Certification:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Additional training or certification in surface reglazing is a plus.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry equipment and materials.
• Comfortable working in confined spaces.
