    About The Role

    Bottle servers at Avant Gardner deliver exceptional customer service, offer beverage and bottle service, and adhere to company policies.

    ESSENTIAL ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Provide excellent service to guests professionally
    • Upsell menu items and limited edition bottle packages
    • Ensure security and accuracy of transactions
    • Handle cash and credit card transactions
    • Delegate tasks to table attendants
    • Inform supervisors of any issues
    • Market and promote venue events

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Effective communication skills in English
    • Maintain a well-groomed appearance
    • Stay updated with fashion trends
    • Interact positively with diverse cultures
    • Knowledgeable about spirits and cocktails
    • Comfortable working in fast-paced environments
    • Team player
    • Experience in bottle service is a plus

    Compensation

    • Hourly rate: $16 per hour plus tips with applicable tip credit
