    Job TitleSenior Sales ManagerThe purpose of this role is to continue the massive growth of the Amadeus Destinations team. Introduce and drive knowledge and consideration for our products across major buying agencies from the holding companies. Work with leadership to plan and drive growth from agencies and airlines.


    In this role you'll:
    Daily
    • Prospecting, proposals, follow ups, client meetingWeekly
    • Planning and strategy meeting with Global DirectorCustomer facing meetings, agency and client visits, trade shows.

    Develop key relationships with DMO/CVB decision makers, and pitch Amadeus Hospitality Solutions with a focus on developing new revenue across all Amadeus Hospitality solutions as per agreed targetsLead Generation - sourcing new leads and building an active pipeline of businessParticipate in the preparation of the long term plan (sales forecast and solutions based on customer feedback) and definition of the sales plan.

    Identify and qualify business opportunities by establishing and developing relationships with top-level executives.
    Identify customers' specific needs and submit business proposals.

    Respond to complex (RFP) request for proposals, negotiate with government department/media agencies to ensure long-term wins for Amadeus against other competitors.

    Meeting strict time lines to respond to responses on timePromote and sell products, services and solutions through direct contacts, events and road shows.

    Deliver sales presentations to senior management and demonstrate products.
    Manage negotiations to closure.
    Actively participate in the overall marketing activities and programs and contribute to marketing intelligence.
    Perform Market and competitor analysis.

    Partner with DMOs and account managers to develop travel campaigns across all Amadeus digital media platforms which deliver strong results and lead to renewed campaign bookingsAbout the ideal candidate:
    Education requirement
    • BA/BS or higher, must have5 years of experience working in digital media sales5 years of experience with media agencies and large client directsProven experience of achieving quarterly and yearly budgetsWorking at Amadeus, you will find:A critical mission and purpose
