We are currently looking for a full-time employee (m/f/d) for our HR Center - with a focus on personnel processes:

Your main responsibilities will include:

Managing the entire employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding processes, as well as creating contractual documents
Acting as a liaison between locations and the company headquarters to ensure smooth execution of personnel processes
Providing advice to our managers on all personnelrelated matters
Timely followup and processing of returns and information in the administrative process
Monitoring and controlling time tracking processes in collaboration with relevant departments; processing and coordinating absences, overtime, and other deviations
Participating in projects to improve internal process structures in the Shared Service Center

Your profile:

Successfully completed commercial training or comparable further education
Several years of professional experience in personnel administration, preferably
