Hello there

I have been using the toputure treadmill for about 2 months since I bought it.
The model I am using is "tp1".

Today, while using it, I started to hear squeaking noises coming from the inside and after a while, a rattling sound, as if a moving part had come loose, but I am not sure if that is the reason.

I tried to open the top area, where the motor is located, to grease it, thinking that could be the cause of the squeaking and rattling.

However, after screwing the top area back and continuing to use it, it suddenly stopped, showing the letters "e05". Every time I try to start it again, it suddenly stops again, showing that warning.

The official technical service told me it could be the "internal controller" that has been damaged.

They offered to send me a new treadmill, but I would like to try and fix the one I have now if possible, which they do not cover.

I do not know why the treadmill is failing, I only have these few details. Could you please help me?
