HOW A WINDOWS ENGINEER WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

Perform advanced troubleshooting and resolution of complex Server OS issues for optimal Windows Server performance.
Update servers to 2016, 2019, and 2022 versions to meet industry standards.
Manage vSphere Operations and maintain our virtualization environment efficiently.
Utilize GitLab and Operating System pipelines for streamlined template deployment.
Experience with SCCM/ConfigMgr for application/package creation and deployment.
Setup and deploy monthly patching for Windows Servers to ensure system security.

Qualifications:

Proficiency in Windows Server administration, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Knowledge of vSphere Operations and OVF Templates for effective deployment.
Familiarity with GitLab, Operating System pipelines, and SCCM/ConfigMgr.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and collaboration abilities.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
5+ years of related experience.
Experience with Group Policies and Active Directory.
Advanced troubleshooting skills with security products.
Proficiency in PowerShell for task automation.
Incident and Change Request ticket management experience.
