Tasks

  • You are the internal contact person for IT security for devices and systems at Castlewood
  • Based on project-specific requirements, you create specifications for a secure system and work together with colleagues to implement them into a complete system
  • Using selected security system solutions, you harden the overall system, with a focus on operating systems such as Linux, Windows, and Android
  • You act as a security expert for external customers and internal colleagues, providing support for risk analyses, evaluating security vulnerabilities, and developing security standards

Qualifications

  • You have a degree in computer science, electrical engineering, mathematics, physics, or a similar field of study
  • You have knowledge of common operating systems such as Linux and Windows, as well as security in embedded systems/firmware and reverse engineering
  • You have knowledge and practical experience in one or more of the following areas: BSI basic protection, cryptography, IDS/IPS, anti-malware, lockdown, or patch management
  • Ideally, you have knowledge in the area of Common Criteria or experience with standards such as ISO21434 and ISO27001
  • You possess qualities such as teamwork, customer orientation, and the ability to work independently
  • You have excellent written and spoken
