    Overview


    Job Description:
    We are seeking a talented and experienced Development Lead Engineer to join our team.

    In this role, you will actively participate in and lead Agile ceremonies while focusing on front-end technology or mobile development.

    Your expertise in software development, leadership skills, and proficiency in front-end technology or mobile development will be essential in driving successful Agile practices and delivering high-quality software solutions.

    Responsibilities

    Agile Leadership:
    Act as a leader and advocate for Agile methodologies within the development team. Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Guide and mentor team members on Agile best practices and principles.
    Front-end or

    Mobile Development:
    Utilize your expertise in front-end technology or mobile development to contribute to the development of high-quality software solutions.

    Lead the design and implementation of front-end or mobile applications, ensuring adherence to best practices, coding standards, and industry trends.


    Project Planning and Execution:
    Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to define project requirements, scope, and priorities. Assist in breaking down complex tasks into smaller, actionable items and distribute them among team members. Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of front-end or mobile solutions.

    Technical Leadership:
    Provide technical guidance and support to the development team. Ensure adherence to front-end or mobile development best practices, coding standards, and architectural principles. Collaborate with team members to address technical challenges, review code, and ensure code quality.

    Collaboration and Communication:
    Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration within the team and with other stakeholders. Encourage knowledge sharing and continuous learning among team members.

    Performance and Quality Assurance:
    Collaborate with the team to ensure high performance and quality of front-end or mobile applications. Encourage the implementation of testing and quality assurance processes, including unit testing, integration testing, and continuous integration. Identify and address performance issues and quality bottlenecks.

    Delivery Solutions:
    Work closely with product owners and stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver solutions that meet their needs.

    Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as UX/UI designers and backend developers, to ensure seamless integration and delivery of end-to-end front-end or mobile solutions.

    Required Skills

    Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
    Proven experience as a Development Lead Engineer or similar role in an Agile environment.
    Strong technical expertise in front-end technology or mobile development.
    Proficiency in relevant programming languages (e.g., JavaScript, TypeScript, Swift, Kotlin) and frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, , iOS, Android).
    Solid understanding of Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) and Agile ceremonies.
    Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide the development team.
    Experience in project planning, resource allocation, and tracking project progress.

    Preferred Skills

    Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
    Knowledge of software testing and quality assurance practices.
    Continuous learning mindset, with a passion for staying updated with front-end or mobile development trends and technologies.
