Description

We are looking for you to join the Civil Engineering Department of the State Capital of Stuttgart. The positions are permanent and full-time.

Your main responsibilities:
You will be responsible for monitoring road tunnels and traffic signal systems
Recording alarms and events using the tunnel control system, as well as evaluating and prioritizing notifications
You will actively participate in event management, particularly in initiating immediate measures (e.g. triggering or monitoring tunnel closure systems) and documenting them
Proactively controlling the technical systems of road tunnels and traffic technology using process control systems
You will be responsible for handling technical fault reports in road tunnels and traffic technology, as well as analyzing and evaluating system data
Providing technical documents for the operational department

Your profile:
Master's degree or technical diploma, or a completed technical vocational training and several years of professional experience, ideally in the fields of electrical engineering / systems engineering / information technology (for foreign degrees, recognition in Germany is required)
Experience with process control systems is desirable
Reliability, high level of concentration, and ability to handle stress
Team and integration skills
Ability to work independently and a strong sense of responsibility
Willingness to work in shifts
Proficiency in German with good verbal and written communication skills
