    Description

    Adaptive Solutions Group is a premier provider of information technology personnel. We provide a variety of technical professionals available for contract, contract to hire, or direct placement positions to companies in and around the Kansas City and St. Louis, areas.

    We are currently looking for a Business Systems Analyst to join our team.

    Responsibilities
    • Analyze and document business processes, workflows, and system functionalities.
    • Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains.
    • Facilitate communication to ensure a clear understanding of business requirements.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize system enhancement requests.
    • Plan and conduct thorough testing of system changes and enhancements.
    • Develop test plans, execute test cases, and ensure the quality and reliability of delivered solutions.
    • Collaborate with users to validate that system changes meet business requirements.
    • Design, develop, and maintain workflows using Power Automate to streamline business processes.
    • Collaborate with business users to identify automation opportunities and implement solutions.
    • Ensure Power Automate workflows align with business goals and requirements.
    • Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and address issues identified during testing.
    • Ensure that implemented solutions meet business expectations and are free of defects.

    Required Qualifications
    • Experience with Agile/DevOps
    • Proven record of positive progress
    • Experience in the finance or tech space.
    • Eager to learn, good attitude, good initiative.
    • Personable
    • Able to handle complex situations
    • Eager to learn development/tech
