Up to two (2) years of the four (4) years of experience can be substituted by years of education in a mental health-related field. PM and Overnight Shifts Available

*Bimodal Bilingualism - ASL Sign Language - Interpret from American Sign Language (ASL) to English, and English to ASL. ($1.00)
Assists in providing self-care/behavior training and leading rehabilitative groups for client's as required by everyone's client plan; one-on-one behavioral support by performing the following duties. Meet with clients daily to support the clients and overall functioning of the house.
Education/Experience:
Classifications and Qualifications for Care Managers:
*The education requirement is for a CM II or CM III - must be a minimum of two (2) years of education (60 semester or 90 quarter units) with a minimum of 12 semesters (18 quarter) units in a mental health-related subject area such as child development, social work, human behavior, rehabilitation, psychology, or alcohol and drug counseling. Must be able to provide written verification of experience upon hire.
CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT: This position may work within ALL other agency programs, consistent with their scope of practice, on a as needed basis. In addition, may require occasional flexible work schedule to meet the individualized needs of each client.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: CA Driver's License, Current Auto Insurance, Clean DMV Printout, CPR and First Aid Certified. A subsequent background check is required should you be chosen as a candidate for this position. TB Test and Physical at the time of employment.
