    Description

    Senior Accountant

    A growing manufacturing organization is seeking a Senior Accountant.

    Responsibilities:

    Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements

    Perform general ledger reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial data

    Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes

    Conduct technical accounting research and provide recommendations on complex accounting issues

    Ensure compliance with GAAP and other relevant accounting standards

    Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial reports

    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial analysis and reporting needs

    Participate in the month-end and year-end closing processes

    Assist in the preparation of audit schedules and provide support during external audits

    Stay updated on changes in accounting regulations and industry best practices

    Requirements:

    Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance

    Minimum of 2 years of experience in corporate accounting or public accounting
