In practice, you can expect:

Your tasks during the training range from:
- Standardized service activities to initial consultation meetings (e.g. checking account models to investment options)
- Interesting and diverse tasks in internal areas such as:
- From personnel management to marketing
- From media sales to corporate control
- From routine tasks to complex project work (including a presentation to the board of directors and if your/your team's ideas are good, they will be implemented)
What this means for you specifically:
- You will receive your own iPad with digital learning materials, a report book, an online schedule, an exam portal, and digital textbooks
- Flexible start date (May or August) of the year
- You will lead a complete branch office for 4 weeks with other trainees (the most successful trainees will have the opportunity to participate in a 3week language course at the
