Responsibilities:


  • Perform cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
  • Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies
  • Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly
  • Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces
  • Maintain cleanliness in common areas and high traffic areas
  • Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
  • Respond to customer requests and ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in hotel or residential cleaning is preferred
  • Knowledge of custodial and housekeeping management practices
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
  • Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects if required
  • Knowledge of commercial cleaning equipment and chemicals is a plus
