    $1,000 New Hire Bonus

    As a caregiver, your responsibilities will include:

    • Light housekeeping, organizing, laundry, and basic cleaning
    • Assisting with personal tasks like grooming, dressing, and meal preparation
    • Running errands, grocery shopping, and accompanying clients to appointments

    Requirements:

    • Valid driver's license or ID
    • Access to reliable transportation
    • Commitment to ongoing professional development and training

    Caregivers must meet state and company background check criteria. Compensation, benefits, and bonuses may vary by region, so complete details will be provided during your interview.

    *$1000 sign-on bonus applicable to new hires starting from 10/28/23. Bonus is distributed in two parts - $500 after 300 hours of work and another $500 after 600 hours. Active caregivers at bonus payout are eligible. Bonuses are processed within 30 days of qualification. Former Help at Home caregivers rejoining after 1/1/2021 will qualify. Transfers within Help at Home, LLC are not eligible for the bonus.
