At Systemhaus Erdmann GmbH & Co.KG, we have been planning and implementing comprehensive IT environments for small and medium-sized clients since 1994. We have successfully completed over 1,500 projects to date.

Currently, we employ around 30 employees and are looking for a new team member to join us at our Solingen location as a 2nd level support employee (m/f/d).

Your Responsibilities

  • You will independently manage, administer, maintain, and monitor systems (e.g. installation, configuration, and monitoring of Windows operating systems) in a client/server environment
  • You will implement and plan security solutions for our clients (e.g. firewalls, virus protection, MFA, and VPN connections)
  • You will be responsible for the conception, implementation, and support of virtual and cloud systems
  • You will have the opportunity to work with and migrate to the M365 family (Exchange Online, Azure AD, Sharepoint, OneDrive, and MS Teams)
  • You will independently plan and execute IT projects, including documentation
  • You will be responsible for hardware and software installations at our clients' sites
