$21.94 per hour

401(k) - You become eligible to make personal contributions beginning the first of the month following 30 days of employment.

You become eligible for the ABM match beginning the first of the month following six months of employment. ABM matches your pre-tax and/or Roth contributions, dollar for dollar, for the first 3%. For the next 2%, ABM contributes $0.50 for each dollar you contribute. Your contributions and match are immediately vested.


Position Summary Details
The Customer Service Ambassador provides assistance and information to customers.


General Job Description:


  • Promptly answer phone calls and provide customer service.
  • Research and answer questions regarding reservations.
  • Forward calls to appropriate parties.
  • Take PTP payments over the phone.
  • Monitor Knightscope robots and answer intercom calls.
  • Give up to date answers and directions for parking related questions.

General Requirements:


  • Demonstrated skills and experience with computers and websites.
  • Demonstrated communication skills: both verbal and written.
  • Ability to display a positive demeanor over the phone.
  • No written counseling within the last 6 months for attendance or performance.
  • Flexibility to work additional shifts as required by the operation.
  • Remain available and approachable to customers and staff.
  • Problemsolving skills including prioritizing and maintaining professional demeanor.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Must meet all requirements to receive required airport SIDA badge and Customs Seal (if applicable), including tenyear work history if available.

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Customer Service Experience
  • 1 yr of similar work experience
