We are looking for you to join us on October 1st, 2024 for a 3-year dual study program to become a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering (m/f/d) at DB Fahrzeuginstandhaltung GmbH in Cottbus.

Your theory phases will take place at BTU Cottbus-Senftenberg. The theory and practical phases will alternate every 3 months.


What to expect:

  • Theoretical phases will cover technical (mathematics, physics, production engineering, civil engineering, environmental technology, energy systems) and business (business administration, economics) fundamentals.
  • You will learn to assess, organize, and optimize interdisciplinary structures and processes from an economic and technical perspective.
  • Practical phases will provide comprehensive insights into areas such as lean management, quality, and order control at DB Fahrzeuginstandhaltung GmbH.
  • You will act as a liaison between engineers and business managers, preparing technical and economic questions.
  • You will support the development and implementation of innovative and digital solutions in the areas of maintenance, materials management, and process optimization.
