Service Technician (m/f/d) Field Service Berlin

Your tasks

Handling technical service orders for our return systems, occasionally also in the area of hot beverage vending machines at our customers' sites
Installation and commissioning of systems, preventive maintenance, and cleaning work
Fault diagnosis, troubleshooting, mechanical and electrical repairs
Documentation of the current condition of the systems and the work carried out
Active participation in the expansion of our customer service in coordination with our dispatch department
Training and consulting of our customers

Your profile

Completed training in mechatronics (also automotive mechatronics (m/f/d)), electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or equivalent qualification
Previous experience as a service technician desirable
Willingness to travel within a radius of approximately 150 km from your place of residence, occasional multi-day business trips may be required
Organizational talent, flexibility, and resilience
Good communication skills, enjoyment in dealing with customers and a
