Henner Tank Lines is seeking to hire a Reliable and Dependable Drivers E-Logs and Electronic Timesheets Auditor who can work a pm shift.

(On site Training will be provided):

JOB DESCRIPTION

Summary


To ensure driver compliance by auditing logs and monitoring Lunch Breaks and Breaks, providing customer service and training to drivers on compliance requirements.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities
> Audits logs.

> Reviews electronic logs for compliance with regards to DOT hours of service regulations.

> Conduct daily log audits to identify false logs and initiate corrective action procedures.

> Maintains computer systems and files related to log compliance, including various reports and spreadsheets.

> Prepares appropriate documentation for driver files.

> Identifies and troubleshoots driver log issues.

> Prepare Write ups for any Log related Violations.

> Help drivers with any E logs related issues.

> Performs individual training as needed with driver issues.

> Performs other duties, tasks, or responsibilities as assigned by the Manager.


Education and Experience

  • High School diploma
  • Transportation industry experience preferred but not required
  • 1 year of log experience a plus but not required
  • Knowledge of Department of Transportation compliance regulations Preferred.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
  • Prefer experience with log software

Competencies

  • Must be selfmotivated, able to multitask and work independently.
  • Must be proficient in responding to Driver situations.

  • Follows all company and department policies and procedures.
  • Log compliance

Schedule
-
Shift PM (4:30 pm to 2:30 am) -
Mon to Thursday ( 30 min Lunch break is paid as well)
