In-person Part-time Assistant/housekeeper - Valparaiso, United States - Precision Asphalt

I am seeking an exceptionally trustworthy and reliable in-person personal assistant/housekeeper on a long-term basis (for the next 1+ year) to assist with various tasks around my apartment (for example, cleaning around the house, unpacking food/drinks, generally tidying the place up) and running errands such as picking up medication, taking the car for a wash/to get gas, dropping off packages at USPS/UPS, etc.

• Helping with tasks around the house/apartment such as cleaning using a premade checklist to follow, putting away groceries, getting mail, light moving/organizing, etc.
• Running errands such as grocery shopping, picking up/dropping off packages, taking the car for maintenance/oil/tasks, etc.

• Must have a reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license.
• Must be exceptionally trustworthy, punctual, and possess excellent communication skills.
• Must have a long track record and examples of displaying high trustworthiness and maintaining confidentiality.
• Willingness to undergo a thorough background check.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks as needed.
• Must be able to provide 23 solid references who can vouch for your integrity and reliability.
• Ideally would prefer someone who can be available on an as needed emergency basis as well (ex: last minute medical appointments, doing a high priority emergency task), not a requirement, but would be helpful and pay for anything emergency related would be 1.52x.
• Previous experience as a personal assistant is a big plus.

• Hourly pay based on experience and qualifications.
• Mileage reimbursement for any tasks that require driving.
• Expense reimbursement for any necessary expenses incurred while performing tasks or running errands.
