Today, over 6000 employees work in the areas of service, software development, and IT operations. These employees are supported daily by our human resources department.

We are currently seeking a candidate to join our team in the following role:


Your responsibilities:

  • You will serve as the main point of contact for employees and managers within a defined support area for all personnel and labor lawrelated inquiries.
  • You will be responsible for managing and supporting the operational human resources work in the defined support area throughout the entire employee lifecycle, from entry to exit.
  • You will work collaboratively and trustfully with employee representatives and internal interfaces.
  • You will be responsible for maintaining personnel data (e.g. creating new employee profiles, updating personal and professional information) in both physical and digital personnel files and systems.
  • You will act as a liaison to the payroll department.
  • You will prepare interim and final certificates.
  • You will coordinate appointments, monitor deadlines, and handle related correspondence within your area of responsibility.
  • You will contribute to special topics and HR projects.

Your profile:

  • You have completed a commercial apprenticeship (e.g. office management clerk) and ideally have further training as a personnel specialist.
  • You have professional experience as a personnel clerk or in a similar role.
  • You have knowledge of labor,
