Purpose
The QA Lab Administration Technician is primarily responsible for data entries and disposition of incoming raw materials and bulks, creation and verification of expiration dates and, Certification of Analysis for finishing products
Transfers, verifies, approves, and releases data generated by others to determine conformance with material specifications
Responsibilities:
- Reviews/Assesses incoming Certification of Analysis against material specification to ensure material is in compliance with specifications
- Calculates dating for incoming material as well as transferring data to AbbVie Systems
- Prioritizes workload using work list and guidance from materials management organization
- Creates and/or verifies Certification of Analysis for finished products
- Verify expiration dates for finishing packaging batches
- Works with others to maintain a positive atmosphere to accomplish business objectives, is an active participant in the work structure, and fosters positive working relationships with all levels of the organization
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Technical Certification (HT, HTL, QIHC, or related) preferred/eligible
- Experience with and understanding of lab computer systems (such as SAP, LIMS), Manufactured Execution Systems (such as POMS, Flowstream), Trackwise, and Excel preferred
- Ability to effectively manage time to multitask based upon completed training matrix
- Ability to work in a matrix organization and comfortable with conflict resolution
- Solid understanding of quality requirements.

- The compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the Company believes in good faith it will pay for this role at the time of this posting based on the job grade for this position. Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographic location, and we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.
