Description

Duties:

A. Assist new clients in rolling over assets from outside accounts and/or current employers. I. Manage all document tracking, e-filing, and client follow-up calls.

B.

Keeping new clients abreast of their rollover:
I. Conference calls to ensure outside assets will have a smooth transition. II. Update calls with clients to answer any questions they may have.

C.

Call clients to give them a market update and make changes to thier portfolio to be in alignment with firm investment direction.

D


Answering inbound calls:
I. Satisfying client requests for information, wire transfers, or directing them to the appropriate department to further assist.

E


Maintain office appearance:
I. Ensuring conference room is prepped for client meetings. II. Replenishing supplies for client meetings.

F. Maintain relationship with mutual fund companies used by the firm. I. Schedule meetings. II. Track monthly allocation.

G. Manage Client requests I. Trades when needed to assist advisor II. Capital withdrawals III. account maintenance.

H. Compliance I.


Manage compliance logs:
i. Client gifts ii. Company receipts

I. Ad hoc tasks from management


Pay:
$75, $80,000.00 per year
