    Home Health Director of Nursing - Make a Difference in Patients' Lives

    In this pivotal role, you will play a key part in ensuring our patients receive exceptional care in the comfort of their own homes. You will provide clinical leadership, oversee daily operations, and ensure regulatory compliance. This is a fulfilling opportunity for a motivated and results-oriented leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

    Responsibilities:
    • Lead and oversee a team of registered nurses, LPNs, and home health aides.
    • Develop, implement, and monitor patient care plans in accordance with physician orders and industry standards.
    • Ensure adherence to all state and federal regulations, including CMS and Joint Commission standards.
    • Conduct clinical reviews and quality assurance audits.
    • Manage budgets and resources effectively.
    • Recruit, hire, and develop a talented nursing staff.
    • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
    • Represent the agency at professional meetings and community events.
    Qualifications:
    • Current and active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Georgia.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in home health care, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
    • Strong clinical skills and knowledge of home health care principles.
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficient in computer skills and healthcare software (e.g., OASIS).
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
    • Passion for patient-centered care and a commitment to excellence.
