Functional Analyst - UKG Advanced Scheduling - Business Applications

This position serves on a team of UKG experts working on the
implementation and post go-live support of the UKG PRO Workforce Management software.

During the implementation product, this person will be responsible for the build and configuration of 800+ Nursing departments and 200 Non-Nursing Departments, pay rules, work rules and other system configuration.

Post go-live this position will provide post production support, assist with knowledge transfer activities and help ensure an overall smooth transition process to the new timekeeping/absence and scheduling software.

This role will also provide internal customers (Nursing/Payroll) with the best possible solutions to utilize the system, roll out new functionality, identify potential process improvements, troubleshoot problems and provide user support.

This person Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

A Baccalaureate Degree from an accredited college or university with a major in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, applied Mathematics, Business Administration, Economics/Statistics, Telecommunications, Data Communications, or a related field of study
; and Five (5) years -
OR - A satisfactory equivalent
(~9 yrs) combination of training, education and experience.

Successfully completed and/or involved in at least one full life-cycle UKG implementation and/or upgrade.
