The ISG Sanitary Trading Company is a consortium of medium-sized wholesalers in the SHK (Sanitary/Heating/Air Conditioning) industry. As a purchasing and marketing association, our tasks include central purchasing, positioning our own brands concept and Optima, providing practical services and marketing measures, central settlement, and professional IT support.

We are in need of support for our purchasing department at our location in Essen.

Purchasing Assistant (Administrative Assistant) (m/f/d)

with a focus on supporting our cooperation partner in Prague (Unlimited full-time position)

Your responsibilities:

  • Supporting the sanitary and installation/heating purchasing departments
  • Creating presentations and evaluations
  • Processing condition and offer comparisons
  • Coordinating appointments for the purchasing department
  • Preparing written correspondence and minutes
  • Preparing for and following up on purchasing negotiations with suppliers
  • Preparing for and following up on work meetings with our international cooperation partners
  • Written and telephone correspondence with our suppliers, affiliated companies, and service providers

Your qualifications:
