    Job Description

    Oxford Solutions has an opening for a Marketing Project Coordinator position with a client, based in Coraopolis area of Pittsburgh, PA. In this role, you will be accountable for ensuring timely delivery of marketing projects by collaborating with different teams. You'll work closely with the Project Manager to devise project timing strategies and ensure smooth workflow for project production.

    Responsibilities

    • Coordinate operational processes for production projects related to assigned campaigns
    • Manage relationships with internal and external partners
    • Develop and maintain project scheduling and tracking documentation
    • Address any potential schedule or deadline issues and suggest solutions
    • Maintain all outbound marketing projects in the system
    • Organize cross-functional internal project meetings

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or relevant field preferred
    • 3 to 5 years of project coordinator experience, preferably in marketing/advertising projects
    • Experience in account or production management is a bonus
    • Familiarity with project management workflow systems
    • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
    • Ability to ensure on-time delivery of multiple projects in a high-paced environment
    • Strong communication skills
