Position Title:
Forensic Mental Health Clinician & Evaluator

Education & Licensing Requirements:


  • Master's or Doctoral level degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology or a closely related field.
-
Must have a valid LCSW/LICSW, LMHC, LMFT or Psychologist license.

Experience & Skills Requirements:


  • Understanding of risk management
  • CBT, DBT, and motivational interviewing experience
  • Clinical outpatient treatment experience and substantial focus on group facilitation
  • Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Spanish speaking preferred but not necessary
    .

Job Duties & Responsibilities:


  • Complete required assessments on clients assigned to caseload, including but not limited to actuarial and dynamic risk assessment, sexual interests, personality measures, cognitive and achievement tests.
  • Prepare and maintain uptodate webbased treatment files and clinical documentation.
  • Work in an independent setting with strong organizational skills and rigorous attention to detail.
  • Attend clinical trainings (CE's provided) and containment meetings/supervisory meetings as required.
  • Work closely and maintain a good working relationship with Probation and Parole.
  • Adhere to professional and confidentiality requirements in handling client records.
