We are looking for a competent and dynamic Operational Purchasing Clerk for a long-term position in full-time. This is an innovative and internationally operating technology company based in 28309 Bremen, which supplies customers all over the world and has become a market leader in many areas.

Your responsibilities include:

In the day-to-day operations, you will be responsible for obtaining quotes, creating price comparisons, and maintaining master data and self-disclosures of suppliers
You will also request order confirmations, enter them into the system, and check the confirmations from suppliers
You will clarify details of orders regarding quantities or deadlines and be responsible for resolving quantity and price differences in close communication with suppliers
You will provide support in the reminder process for deliveries or in handling complaints

Your qualifications:

You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship and have initial professional experience in purchasing
You are proficient in using common MS Office programs, have knowledge of a merchandise management system such as SAP MM, and this would be a great advantage
Your secure knowledge of the English language will be beneficial for written and oral communication with international contacts
You are highly committed, decisive, and have a self-s
