Pay Range:
$ $48.00 per hour (depending on experience, credentials, and qualifications)

Responsibilities & Expectations

The Corporate Security Agent is tasked with numerous functions providing overall support to protective security operations dynamic, multifaceted, and fast-paced corporate environments.

The following are basic functions and responsibilities of this role:

Ensure the overall safety and security of protectees/corporate employees.
Access control for visitors, employees, and vendors.
Respond and react in an emergency capacity.
Effectively build relationship and communicate with key staff and employee stakeholders.
Maintain discretion and confidentiality.
Ability to work irregular or extended hours (shifts to include nights, weekends, and holidays).
Partner with various intelligence and investigations teams, global security operations center assets, other private security firms, and local law enforcement to proactively identify and mitigate threats.
Detect and report suspicious activity and security vulnerabilities.
Be able to operate in a dynamic, multifaceted, and fastpaced environment.
Previous corporate experience desired.
Experience with SOP generation and annual review.
Assisting with the creation of travel and event procedures and plans.
Experience with Access Control and CCTV.
Develop and provide travel briefings.
Assisting with performance of various assessments.

Minimum Requirements

Required: 3 years of experience in Corporate Security.
Participation in random drug screenings.
Ability to work irregular or extended hours (shifts to include nights, weekends, and holidays).
Must complete physical readiness test prior to offer of employment. Team members must always maintain physical readiness to respond to an attack or hazard.
CPR/First Aid/AED Trained
Pass preemployment background investigation.
Possess a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
Possess a valid and current California driver's license.
Possess a valid CA Guard Card, CA Exposed Firearm Permit, and CA CCW (or LEOSA)
Possess a valid U.S Passport.
Professional and friendly communicator with a positive attitude and commitment to excellence (prior experience in customer service or hospitality industries preferred).
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
Strong ability to think critically and strategically.
No visible tattoos when wearing a longsleeve dress shirt.

Desired Qualifications

Prior ERT, military, law enforcement or executive protection experience providing physical security, emergency response, surveillance detection, secure transportation.
Prior training in incident response, emergency medicine, etc.
