Your Responsibilities:


  • Defining and processing work packages related to technical complaints, claims, and compensation demands
  • Working on specific technical issues and deriving technical statements from them
  • Analyzing technical facts and examining and creating technical arguments with causeandeffect chains
  • Coordinating discussions with internal and external departments
  • Independently documenting complex technical issues
  • Planning and controlling all project scopes
  • Acting as a contact person for customers, experts, and workshops
  • Responsible for the strategic direction of future projects

Your Profile:


  • Completed degree in engineering with a focus on mechanical engineering or vehicle technology
  • Preferably completed vocational training as a car mechanic / mechatronics engineer or experience as a car expert
  • First professional experience in project management desirable
  • Confident appearance and professional interaction with customers
  • Motivation and initiative to familiarize yourself with new topics
  • Structured and analytical thinking skills
  • Fluent in German
