- Plan and provide the care for and the management of stabilized chronic conditions, asymptomatic and well patients of all ages and socioeconomic cultures.
- Assist in developing and implementing procedures and protocols to facilitate the delivery of comprehensive health services.
- Must be a graduate from an accredited school of medicine recognized by the California Board of Medical Examiners; M.D.
- Must be Board Certified or Board eligible.
- Must hold a current license to practice medicine in the State of California.
- Must also have a current DEA certificate.
- One year of experience in Internal Medicine.
- Five years' of work experience as a Physician and two years in management required.
- CPR Certification required and ACLS Certified preferred
- Fluency in English required; Fluency in Spanish is an asset for this role and is highly desirable

We are seeking a Family Practice Physician to become a part of our clinical team in the city of Riverside, CA
The Physician is responsible for providing preventative, curative, and rehabilitative medical care to patients and determine appropriate regimen of health care for each patient's care. Maintaining supervision of case management of Community Health Systems, Inc. patient's including but not limited to: referral to appropriate specialists, ancillary services, arranging home care and hospital care as, call backs to pharmacies and patients as needed.

Established from the roots of Bloomington Community Health Center in Bloomington, CHSI has grown with community health centers in the counties of Riverside, San Bernardino, and San Diego. These centers have been developed in accordance with standards established for safety net providers by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), the Health Resources Services Administration (HRSA), the Public Health Service (PHS), and the Bureau of Primary Health Care (BPHC). The mission of CHSI is not to compete with other clinics that provide healthcare services, but to serve the indigent population and meet their healthcare needs.
