    Description

    Overview:
    This position is a full-time exempt role that will support Multiple Brands across the SSCP organization. (Brands include Applebee's, Roy's, Sonic, Cici's Pizza)

    The Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for executing all aspects of the recruitment process including, but not limited to employment advertising, coordinating with hiring managers to gain an understanding of departmental needs, sourcing and screening candidates, scheduling and performing interviews, reference checking, extending, and negotiating offers, and coordinating new employee start, reports, and analysis.

    The emphasis of the Talent Acquisition Manager will be to create and communicate overall company talent plan to senior leaders and assist with all facets of recruitment at varying levels.

    This position is a full-time exempt role that will support Multiple Brands across the SSCP organization.


    Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with management to analyze and forecast staffing needs, and create strategies
    • Consult with managers on offers, active recruitment searches, and local employment market conditions
    • Source both active and passive job seekers via Internet, referrals, job fairs, cold calls, social media, and networking outlets
    • Screen candidates and assess qualifications; make hiring recommendations
    • Initiate hiring process to include extending contingent verbal offers, arranging background checks
    • Continual involvement and assistance with full life-cycle talent acquisition which include opening/closing positions, facilitating interviews and fielding managers' calls in their absence
    • Participate in and Develop Projects that improve the company's ability to attract talent
    • Provide reporting on status of positions, hires, sources, and time to fill
    • Interpret hiring and market data, and research industry trends that affect the workforce
    • Build the company's professional network through relationships with HR professionals, colleges and other partners
    • Perform other duties as assigned
    • Conform with all company policies and procedures

    Requirements

    Qualifications:

    • This position may require frequent travel; Must possess the ability to multi-task and be flexible.
    • Must have a complete understanding of the recruitment, pre-employment and post-employment process and employee life cycle.
    • Should have working knowledge of statutory regulations pertaining to recruiting, such as, but not limited to, anti-discrimination laws, pre-employment screenings, interview techniques/limitations, and special accommodations related to the position
    • Ability to understand individual hiring managers needs and discuss expectations of recruitment to include job requirements, interpreting job descriptions, desired job postings, salary structure, scope of involvement for interviews process, and fill-dates
    • Valid Driver's License
    • Ability to work independently and make sound decisions while meeting time sensitive deadlines.
    • Excellent organizational, time management, and follow-up skills are required to build and maintain relationships with all levels of employees
    • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, as well as interpersonal skills are required
    • The ability to fluently speak Spanish would be valuable
    Education & Experience


    • High School Diploma or equivalent required
    • Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required or equivalent work experience
    • 5-7 years of experience as a recruiter, preferably with background or training in high volume recruiting
    • Hospitality or Food Service Experience preferred but not required.
