Description:We are looking for a residential area manager (m/f/d) with a passion for working in elderly care and social competence, high commitment, and team spirit.


Responsibilities:


  • Ensuring optimal care for nursing home residents
  • Management and coordination of the team in the residential area
  • Creation of duty rosters
  • Organization and implementation of training and further education

Requirements:


  • Completed training as a geriatric nurse, nurse, or social care worker with additional qualification in treatment care (m/f/d)
  • Additional training as a nursing home manager would be desirable
  • Comprehensive expertise and professional experience in elderly care as well as management experience
  • Performance, commitment, empathy, and sense of responsibility
  • Knowledge of computer systems
  • Presentation of a health certificate
