Responsibilities:

  • You will support the technical purchasing department in daily operations
  • You will be responsible for processing incoming and outgoing mail
  • Your tasks will include obtaining and processing offers together with the purchasing team
  • You will process and record performance specifications with the estimators
  • You will handle general secretarial tasks

Profile:

  • Ideally, you have completed a commercial apprenticeship or have several years of experience in this field
  • You ideally have experience in the construction industry
  • You can work well in a team
  • You have a goaloriented work style
  • You have knowledge of common MS Office programs

Other:

  • You have the opportunity to work parttime in this position
  • Parking spaces are available directly in front of the building
  • There is the possibility of being taken on permanently by our client
