Responsibilities:
- You will support the technical purchasing department in daily operations
- You will be responsible for processing incoming and outgoing mail
- Your tasks will include obtaining and processing offers together with the purchasing team
- You will process and record performance specifications with the estimators
- You will handle general secretarial tasks
Profile:
- Ideally, you have completed a commercial apprenticeship or have several years of experience in this field
- You ideally have experience in the construction industry
- You can work well in a team
- You have a goaloriented work style
- You have knowledge of common MS Office programs
Other:
- You have the opportunity to work parttime in this position
- Parking spaces are available directly in front of the building
- There is the possibility of being taken on permanently by our client
