- Responsible to teach didactic, clinical, and/or graduate level courses
- Foster an inclusive and collaborative course environment

D'Youville University Physician Assistant program is seeking a 12 -month clinical or tenure track faculty, at the rank of clinical assistant or assistant professor, respectively.
The faculty member will be responsible for teaching 24 credit hours across the PA curriculum, advising students, serving the program, university and community, and engaging in professional development and scholarship.
Top candidates will be sensitive to academic, economic, and cultural needs of students historically underrepresented in health professions. Candidates of diverse backgrounds are encouraged to apply.Distinguishing Features of the Class:
The candidate must be a graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program, be NCCPA certified and licensed to practice in New York State.
Three years of clinical experience is required; teaching experience strongly preferred. A master's degree is required, a doctoral degree is preferred.Qualified candidates must show evidence of good moral character, strong work ethic, flexibility, ability to collaborate with inter-professional team members and an interest in working with high-achieving ethnically diverse students.
As a principal faculty member performance will be evaluated in these domains:teaching, service, and scholarship and professional development.
