Assist with setting up and clearing tables as needed
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and resolve issues promptly
Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas Experience:
Previous experience in the food industry, banquet, or catering preferred
Knowledge of food safety guidelines and practices
Strong hospitality skills with a focus on providing excellent customer service
Ability to multitask and work in a fastpaced environment
Familiarity with bartending or beverage service is a plus
