    Job Description

    Work for an established, growing firm in NW Arkansas looking to add a Tax Preparer to the team The firm is looking for candidates who are highly motivated, customer oriented, and production driven preparers. A strong background knowledge of income tax rules and regulations is essential. Candidates must be able to prepare all types of tax returns as well as IRS compliance and representation work.

    Tax Senior Functions:
    • Provide tax compliance and consulting to a diverse base of clients
    • Review staff tax returns
    Tax Senior Qualifications:
    • 5+ years of 1040 Tax Preparation
    • IRS Resolution Experience, 1120S, 1120, 1065, 1041 recommended.
    • Full-Time estimated 60+ hours during Tax Season and 32 hours/wk non-tax Season.
    • Pay will be based on the higher of Salary or Commissions for tax season.
    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay:$50,000 to $90,000

    Supplemental Pay Types: Bonus Opportunities

    Benefits: Flexible schedule

    Schedule: M-F

    Education:
    • Associate's (Preferred)
    Experience:
    • Tax experience: 5+ years (Preferred)
    License/Certification:
    • EA Certified (Preferred) or willing to attain the certification
    Work Location: On-Site
