Product Tax is currently seeking a qualified candidate to fill a Senior Tax Analyst vacancy, supporting Prudential's retail and institutional businesses.
The position requires a team player who is highly organized, adaptable, and flexible, with the ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously to achieve sustainable results.
The current EWA for this position is Hybrid and requires your on-site presence on a reoccurring basis as determined by your business.
What you can expect:
The Senior Tax Analyst will provide tax guidance to Prudential's Product areas, which include Individual Life Insurance, and Group Insurance and Retirement Strategies.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, communicating IRS requirements to business partners, assisting with implementation of new IRS guidance, and ensuring products and services comply with all tax rules.
The successful applicant will serve as a liaison between Corporate Tax and the applicable Business Group(s) and support business activity to ensure compliance with the tax rules.
Applicants are not required to have product tax knowledge when applying for this position.However, the successful candidate must have a willingness to expand technical tax skills, as well as the flexibility to move from supporting one Business Group to another.

The salary range for this role is from $97,300.00 to $144, Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills.
