We are currently seeking a dedicated
teacher (m/f/d) for occupational therapy to join our team at our Bochum location. This is a part-time position (20 hours/week) with an indefinite contract.

Compensation will be based on the in-house collective agreement for qualified personnel, in accordance with pay group I.

Your main responsibilities will include:

Designing and delivering training and further education, teaching specialized content and sharing your practical experience and expertise in a handson manner.
Taking responsibility for courses and monitoring learning progress, including during internships.
Contributing to the preparation and execution of (final) exams to ensure the best possible results for your courses.
Assisting in optimizing training and further education processes, as well as developing our product portfolio.

Your qualifications:

You have a staterecognized qualification in occupational therapy and, if possible, a pedagogical additional qualification (e.g. teacher for health professions) or a comparable qualification. We also support our employees in obtaining a pedagogical qualification while working with us.
Ideally, you have some practical experience in adult education.
You are proficient in using digital tools and media.
You have a passion for sharing knowledge and a desire to support and develop people.
As a person, you are confident, independent, and responsible, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
