Responsibilities

Preparation, support, and evaluation of sustainability-related projects from a data perspective (project management, tenders, management of service providers)
Development and implementation of sustainable solutions, data processes, and IT solutions, particularly at the property and portfolio level, but also at the company level
Collection, preparation, analysis, visualization, and benchmarking of ESG data (e.g. consumption and emission data) as well as ongoing maintenance
Data-related support for DGNB sustainability certification
Preparation and writing of reports
Thematic research in the field of sustainable existing properties
